We would like to remind you for the compulsory payment of the Annual Levy of three hundred and fifty euros (€350), for each company registered to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, until June 30.

It is noted that if a company fails to timely pay the annual fee, it is subject to a late charge fee as follows:

1. For payment within two (2) months from 30^th of June (i.e. up until 31^st of August), the charge imposed equals to an additional ten percent (10%) on the original fee, thus making the total amount to be paid three hundred and eighty five euros (€385)
2. For payment within five (5) months from the 30^th of June (i.e. up until 30^th of November), the charge imposed equals to an additional 30% on the original fee, thus making the total amount to be paid four hundred and ninety euros (€490).
3. Companies belonging to a group, for which the total payable fees do not exceed the sum of twenty thousand euros (€20.000), complete and submit the application for the payment of annual fee by allocating the sum amongst the companies equally.

Exception from the payment of the annual fee

It is noted that a company registered before 14^th of August 1974 and having its registered office or place of business or all its assets in an occupied or inaccessible area and no longer operates and/or has no assets other than assets located in the uncontrolled areas of the Republic, is not obligated to pay an annual fee, provided that it has informed the Registrar of Companies by submitting the form HE67.
